These are gifts, they were given to me to share.
So this is what generosity does. It makes your mind more spacious and creates good connection with the people around you. It dissolves the boundaries that otherwise would keep the happiness from spreading around.
I offer these works not as objects but as they represent a living exchange of generosity and connectedness ... a disolving of boundaries.
A print is just an object; a quality sheet of rag paper with ink on it. Of what value is it now; the paper is ruined after all ‽ The value comes from it being a gift. Placing a arbitrary monetary value on this work and making an exchange in the form of an object is one way but not the only way to make an exchange. I would prefer it being offered as it came to me, as a gift. Your interest in a work of mine is best exchanged in this way; in the manner of gift giving, as generosity, as a generosity that seeks to disolve the boundaries between us. You are supporting a living artist and voice in the community, and my work brings value to your living-space with deLight and Joy.
